  View from the house rental "Mi Casa Su Casa" was beautiful, but that was the only beautiful thing about this rental from Dolphin Holiday Accommodation. Upon arrival floors were so filthy that if you walked on them barefoot it meant that your feet were black within seconds. Walls and couches were also covered in dirt and grub and most the dishes actually needed cleaning before you could use them.
  When we complained to Dolphin the next morning they seemed to hesitantly agree to call the cleaner and promised they would pop by and clean it in the afternoon. No cleaner turned up. And when we complained again on returning our keys they claimed the cleaner had been.
  Certainly not the type of presentation you would expect from a $320/night rental.
  I suggest for those planning on heading to Stradbroke - choose an alternate company to holiday let from, who actually care about the quality of their rentals.
